The Things That Keep Me Up at Night

I'm very concerned about the nature of our political discourse in the country right now. The more selfish thing that keeps me up at night is just like not having enough minutes in the day. I think journalism and meditation are great ways to do something active about the problems we listed climate change inequality injustice both of them from my view are ways to to be a part of the solution. That's what I would recommend to people when you're feeling dejected about the state of the world today that I think the dejection is legit but the best way to deal with it is to do something constructive.
