Introduction

The title of my talk this afternoon is thinking like angels. I think it's meant to put us in our place and to truly approach the subject of angels with great wonder. We know from the outset that there is something qualitatively different about ourselves and angels. It's not just a difference of degree, it's a difference of nature. The angelic way of knowing, all very different than ours, is very simple. They simply are intellects, and they contain ideas within themselves. In the last part, after i've humbled us all, i'm going to build us back up again. And the result will be humbly.
