If it was an amicable separation in a relationship, regardless of custody and kids, is it straight up a 50 50 split? In most situations, if it gets messy and goes to court, it'll depend on future earnings probabilities and values. There isno possibility of somebody now in a s position, a, and somebody who'sw now in in a front line position, and obviously not had the same earning ability.
