Karen has written her own fair share of books. What is a book or two over the course of your life and career that really stands out to you as maybe one Karen that you find yourself recommending? I can't say that I haven't been affected by really all of Clay Christensen's books because I have the benefit of being able to kind of get a private course in them from working with him on various projects over the years so I just think he's such an original thinker. A book that I really think is powerful right now is called Getting Along by Amy Gallo it's basically a kind of great guidebook towards figuring out how to get along with everybody, even if they're not
