The third item for skills is that just self explanatory, literally just the process of learning and developing skills. Is it, is it literally that simple or is there something more to it? The idea is that, you know, the house society works today is that we build societies of experts. You're not trying to become the best in the world because that's impossible, but you're trying to become an expert. And if you're an expert in many, many things, then that's where the magic happens.
