Rowi: I didn't have a sense of appreciation for wanting to capitalize on the money that I had sitting in the bank. To get into property, it's more cost prohibitive. The second thing is, as I said earlier, I want to leverage my knowledge about general economy, business and finance to try make that work for something positive. Management fees 20% of all profits. You've got like, you know, all these companies that you know a lot about just by nature or virtue of interacting with them and reading the paper and whatnot. Probably work for some of them.
