The Supreme Court Is Adept at Policing Itself

Justice Roberts has said that the court is adept at policing itself. How did it become that the Supreme Court has been able to get around any sort of concrete plan? No one has challenged them before, and we're doing next week in the Senate Judiciary Committee. We're going to establish a code of ethics and requirements for disclosure of gifts as well as a standard for recusal in cases.
