Attention, Intention, Head Neck Back Relationship
mindfulness is the balance of attention and awareness. It's coordinated more by attention and intention than it is by, well, in aritionally 80 years, done by direction. So there's something very powerful about that intention attention in a field of awareness. And those two things are dynamic and come together in ways that are under explored and under taulked about. I think i'd like to dig into some more. This one feels really graspy and kind of on the edge and ethereal and weird. But for now, this is lake. We'll clarify with time, definitely.
