How to Start a Job Hunt

This is a fantastic example of why networking should be something that we're always doing. You can't just tweet or publicly announce, hey, I'm looking for a new job because your current employer might see that. It's just not very genuine. That was hard because part of me wanted to be able to do that. And so I took them all private one-to-one route of like, what are the companies I'm interested at? Who do I know who works there?"
