The next situation that we oftentimes run into is up time. Build in the open so your customers are knowing where you're going, and then can influence that as you go. The thing that the customer buys from us is ultimately the ability to buy soft ware. But at the end of the day, it's a trade off, and the trade off s by providing transparency and exposure, ideally you reduce these wasted cycles on features that don't drive usage and revenue.
