A shared sequencer can give it the guarantee that a block is submitting satisfying some user intense and preferences will either succeed or not. It moves this thing from like probabilistic negotiation with multiple parties to like there is a single party that like the block builder negotiating with if it comes to a deal. Jeff: One of the big reasons why as for if something out of the left Jeff, you don't need a sequencer at all you could just submit it to like the base layer.
