Social Media in the Virtual Classroom

The virtual classroom is intended to be a social experience. If you can get peole to use the tools of the inner space, that's cool. In fact, we did a session last week about using twitter as a back channel. It was really great, because some of the participants were engaging with each other and what their comments were. And of course, then those relationships can continue beyond the training programme.
