How to Protect Older People?

I was calling for focused protection of vulnerable people. Instead, we were demonized. We were told that it was impossible to protect older people without a lockdown. So essentially, they close the top of the federal public health bureaucracy and close the minds of public health against the possibility of focused protection by demonizing us.
