Is There a Market in Efficiency?

I think the big answer for how we do this has to do with how we build the next market place of a i systems and a i services. One way to think about these measurement problems is there something like a market in efficiency. It's really interesting to think oka, how could you enable people to do a better job of using youtube in the way that they want? Can you have your own fill go off and do the things and express your own will give people more tools and more power to do that? That's o interesting thought. I'd love to hear your thought in that also.
