Marilyn and Luther Farley filed a wrongful death complaint against Michael Clark and Jerry Kersey. After that, 1993, there is a wrongful death suit as well. The whole crew was on the Morrie Povet show. He was on there saying he poses a police officer and all that type of shit. And Marilyn wanted him there.
