Film Review - Decision to Leave
The film stars Park Hill and Tang Wei, the latter of whom is the Chinese actress who first rose to fame internationally in Ang Lee's Lost Caution. The investigation is into a rock climber who fell to his death. Did he fall? Did he jump? Was he pushed? There is a very interesting use of cell phones in the investigation of the mystery. Does anyone at any stage say your decision to leave is the source of all your problems? And if you hadn't left, everything would be better. You know, I felt that was the subtext.
