Eights are controlling of environments and other people, but there's one thing they hate more than anything else, which is when others try to control them. Eights need a strong leader who knows where they're heading - even if the truth is horrible news. If you start self-doubting or asking too many questions, eights can throw their hands up in the air and go, what, you want to change the plan now? We should stick to the plan, right?
