Victoria sponge is named after Victoria, Queen Victoria. She'd obviously like to a sponge. Much like the snow that is now dusting my front drive as well. But apparently there's going to be some more snow so we may well be stuck inside for the next few days. We'll have to do a snow cast if we get trapped. Yeah, that would be something to look forward to.
