What's the Critical Component of Change Management?
When you have a sales organization with possibly multiple routes to market or if nothing else, multiple tiers of leadership, I have found that they don't always align amongst themselves. It comes down to really being able to coach effectively, reinforce the learning and hold people accountable to it as well as celebrate successes. And when you're able to hear about a peer who tried something new different and it actually benefited them, you're much more likely to be open to that change and want to try it out, right? Mm hmm.
