The Importance of Perceiving Value
I was really lucky when I was about, I was 18, I was in my final year of high school. My mum was on the committee of the local kindergarten and her husband was an on course bookmaker at the picnics so he gave me a start. He taught me patience like he might not have a bet for two or three months but when he did then he'd wait for the one that he'd been waiting for. The art of the deal is making sure you get what you perceive as value and then getting it at the right price.
