Release More Often So You're Good at It
If you're in a mode where your features are relatively long to develop, the customers don't want any visible change. It's like if you did push-ups four times a year, you're not really going to be very good at it. Not everything has to be moving something on a screen for a customer. Some of the things that we release could be an optimization of the way that we store their data so that it only takes up 25% of the space otherwise.
