What Are Some Common Triggers for Hepatic and Sephallopathy?
Hepatic and sephallopathy isn't a great standalone diagnosis in the sense that hg is typically triggered by something. The most common cause that we confront in these patients is just what you alluded to spontaneous bacterial perinitis so these patients who have a site east need to be excluded for s b p. Over zealous use of diuretics can lead to metabolic alkalosis sometimes hypokalemia both of those can actually cause a milieu which keeps ammonia in its non-protonated form, potentiate encephalopathy.
