The Russian Air Defense Plan Changes a Lot in the First Three Days of the War
During the first three or four days of the war, they were fairly effective at hitting fixed radar locations and other air defense targets. At that point a switch to trying to target essentially frontline positions to clear the way for Ukrainian troops in northern Ukraine. The problem there being that especially if you're low and fast, you have very, very short sight line time on your target. And then of course, you have to factor in that the communications plan is going very badly for the Russians.
