Alex axo makes a really good point here about some of mark's comment, the particularly the comment that we have a bunch of plaintiffs that are going to be splitting up the corpse of info war. Alex is laughing because he feels that mark has made his job of raising money easier. But there's a larger real that alex is trying to distract away from, which is that no matter what he does, there's a sort of damocles hanging over his head. All the posturing and fund raising isn't really agoing to matter much to a bankruptcy audit. And when you step into that arena if you try to play games, you could end up going to jail.
