The Origins of the Divisions in the Labour Party

The Iraq War is a huge blot on the memory of Tony Blair's three amazing victories in elections but also a very successful government. It was a very important moment and it was a great break for a lot of people in the Labour Party who just felt they could never ever forgive him. I think the Labour Party is only just beginning in some senses to recover from that. There is a point at which skepticism shades over into cynicism and that isn't necessarily healthy for a democracy.
