Is the Special Master Recommendation?

The special master could very easily say, okay, great. You took five. I don't have any basis then to believe that there's any materials that should be returned to you. That's my recommendation. Case closed. But he can just do a slowly back out of the room option. The other thing he could do is he could take the fifth, right? He could write this whole thing.
