Boyle: We need border security. I don't think there was really anyone who disagrees on that front. But what makes it difficult to answer this question in the abstract is without seeing what the projected surge looks like, where they would be focused. So again, I think it's more responsible to reserve judgment until I see what the actual plan is that would be in place.
