In scenario seven, the world's population would be limited to a quarter of what it was in 19 72. All economic growth potential had to be put towards conserving arable land and preventing top soil loss. The chart showed that we were able to survive as a civilization at that population level - but then resources started to come down low enough to cause another collapse. And all o this with, again, an unbelievably unrealistic and already past opportunity.
