The Politics of Tax Dodging

Jen Wertheim: I heard two men with outsized egos who wanted to throw the book at Hunter Biden. They were told by their superiors you cannot have the laptop. You cannot interview the Biden's kids. You cannot raid the president's house. And then when the prosecutor, there is prosecutorial discretion that they didn't agree with. This apparently happens all the time, especially when the taxes that weren't paid are paid in full. So getting a lesser plea agreement was not something that's unusual.
