I've Never Expected Other People to Bend Over Backwards to Make Me Comfortable
I can't imagine having the expectation that other people in their home country and culture should be bending over backwards to serve me. As a Westerner I feel like I would be happy if they were like oh look we know you say a good example was like in Indonesia where there is no toilet paper or water used instead of toilet paper. It made me as a Western very uncomfortable but I remember being like this is not their responsibility to make me feel comfortable mm-hmm Like I didn't get angry at anyone or where's the toilet paper where's the proper toilet then I never expected other people to change the way that their homes were set up to suit meInstead I brought toilet paper with me
