Do You Think Rapin and Caloric Restriction Are Overlapping?
It's still unclear, even in mice, whether rapin and caloric restriction are working through the same mechanism. Not everything that chloric restriction does is going to be mimicked by rapamisin or vice versa. Rape mason might actually extend life span across a broader pathan caloric restriction. But when you get beyond that, i think it's still an unknown whether there are any metabolic signatures that are common to both of these treatments.
