The new Chinese working class is made up of women who are given to imperatives by their families. The old urban working class was hammered to pieces so that the state and capital could just gorge itself on its welfare benefits. And this, like, these are the women who built modern china. They turn shenzen from a tiny rural town into a world class manufacturing cob which is literally larger than any city in north America.
