Is Chasm Changing the Technology Adoption Life Cycle?
Spotify is one of the few companies who can actually battle Apple in a marketplace. Spotify has 80% market share for those customers ages 30 and below in years, while Apple has market share of 80% of customers over 40 in age. So it kind of shows a vivid example of how segmentation can really show the difference.
