The Three Pillars of Consistent Practice
Routine is key in this because if you are doing, waking up with a different key thought or a difference, attempt at something, your neuro-pothoids will never develop. So don't create new ones every day. Once you've laid down the foundation of what your day should be, again, I call them pillars and then skill sets. Then going into the rest of the practice as pressure and variability, you need to start with the same warm-up or the same principles and the same routine every day.
