Recruiting for the First Time?
The recruiting team overall runs the process and designs the process with founders, but also like the people who would be working for the team. Of course, they have a lot of like experience hiring for different kind of functions and they can bring that into the table. But then it's more about a team effort of us figuring out what we want to see in that role or like the people in that role. And we probably start from somewhere. Often the first people you talk to are not going to be like the ones that you hire because you didn't know what questions to like ask or what qualities to look at.
