Error Budget Policy

When your SLO is actually being breached, what do you do about it? Because I think that is maybe the tipping point, how the culture changes. What will we do when there is no error budget left for this service or for that service? It does this ahead of time before you've exhausted your error budget. And that provides really good discussions that also touches upon other things that the team is doing. That's at the top of the SRE concept pyramid. You just do it gradually building the infrastructure as well. Don't forget about that because you can't just tell the team, hey, you go implement without an infrastructure or platform provided by the SRE best practices.
