The Benefits of Strength Training for Women

I think in recent years for women gravitating towards strength training because it is also really beneficial and to me it was a really empowering process I've done multiple powerlifting competitions now and I love it. Women might prefer to work in that moderate rep range moderate loads and they may be even in the higher rep ranges with light loads so again I think that's more just you know from a historical standpoint where lifting and resistance training has come from at least for women.
