Is There a Global Crisis in the Emerging Markets?

Kilkonomics' John Defterios says emerging markets are at risk of default in 2023. He believes China is gathering allies to take advantage of countries that become vulnerable. And he thinks Russia will break apart, with the east being dominated by organized crime. But if a small country can take on a big one then hey, why are we still reporting to you guys?
