Uncertainty has been a bedfellow for human beings for all our history. Why haven't we collectively mastered it, dealing with the fact that we can't predict the future and being distraught by uncertainty? We tend to make sub optimal decisions under uncertainty. It weighs on our physical and our mental health. And i think one answer, why is it: We don't act collectively all that much. So you should probably talk about death a little bit differently,. then there'd be a collective motivation to deal with it differently. You're like, i've solved the handshaking problem. Just never see people. No stupid questions.
