When we are ruminating on anything, a guilt inducing past event or whatever it might be an upsetting, when we're oftentimes carrying our own suffering. It's removing the focus from being not only present, but being able to actualize our true thoughts and feelings. And love isn't measured just by our capacity to give, but also by our ability to allow others to have the opportunity to give.
