What Causes Beta Decay?
In the 19 thirties, what people had known o cas the electron was discovered right at the end of the 18 hundreds. Later idea of photons, discrete particles of electromagnetic radiation, which could then be studied from a quantim theory point of view,. And then the theory of quantem electro dynamics developed by the 19 forties. But there were certain rules about how weak nuclear interactions could happen and so on.
