A lot of the anxiety that you were moving through just start to naturally drop away. A good majority of it did, but I still had massive triggers. It was more like I had these very specific triggers, anything else out of my comfort zone. But a lot of the other things fell away with the, you know, basically I just wasn't carrying it all day long anymore.
