Stoicism has had a lot of indirect influence via CBT, which is one of the reasons I guess why I signed Stoicism. So you start off with the idea that how you think affects how you feel, and also what you do affect how you feel. And then to focus on what's going on in the present rather than so much in the past. As we've seen, the past can be relevant. Now just to kind of differentiate CBT from Stoicism, because they're not the same. Stoicism so the seeds for CBT, but then CBT has gone off,. particularly Becky and CBT, to be very disorder specific.
