Rioters beat Capitol police with flag pulls and other weapons they brought along. Thousands poured up the steps, and viciously fought against the last line of police officers. The people rushing the building had come from all over the country. They were QAnon believers, off-duty law enforcement officers, veterans. And that's exactly what they did.
