The Return of the Honorific of King's Counsel
Doug Ford admits there should have been a better process for bringing back the honorific of King's counsel. In so far, there is any sort of objective criteria to this title,. It's the same as it was 40 years ago. No liberals or new Democrats were given this title. Carolyn Mulroney in particular is raising some eyebrows because she wasn't even legally eligible to practice law in Ontario until days before she had the honorific bestowed.
