In the Middle East there's more of a culture of taking care of others, which I find really inspirational. And also an interest in building systems, proper systems from the scratches. There's a whole range of these companies offering things that look good and blink and look fancy, but they don't necessarily do anything. That is the one concern that many of us in this place share. We all can share the trends where this whole workplace well-being has become such a trend.
