Hey for Work is a business specific version of Hey with support for custom domains and other work related features that I'm going to cover shortly. Another feature of the regular Hey experience is the bundling of messages. So if you get repeat messages from the same sender, but those are separate messages, you can choose to bundle them. This saves a lot of time because you get all your new ones in one place. You also get chronological feed so you don't have to go through every single message at once. It's invite only for now and I think it's launching publicly in 2021.
