How to Be More Mindful When You're Feeling a Little Fried

Sometimes when I'm in that mind space, I don't even hear a word of what he just said to me. And so I find it really hard to get into like more of a mindful space and personally, better along and stressful day. So I would love some coaching. How to apply these skills when you are feeling a little when you're feeling a little fried, but you also want to be present and in having a conversation with somebody that you love. Such a great example of what you're it would be useful to apply mindfulness.
