Introduction
Alexe panos is one of my best friends in the whole entire world. She and i have been friends for, oh my gosh, has it been a decade. We started having conversation about starting a coaching institute many years ago. The four of us got together, i think in two thousand 18, and were like, something is missing from the coaching industry. A lot of people who become coaches, even therapists, feel they haven't worked deeply enough on their own stuff that they really could hold with large clients. In this episode we talk about why practitioners are burnt out because they get triggered an no-one can help them.
