There are some now more tolerable enter-cream medications that people, I think will be, you know, will work. For Temoxifen, there's now data that Baby Tam, five milligrams instead of 20, is just as effective. What about patients with DCIS who are young, have palpable disease, high-grade disease? Is there actually something different that we should be doing for them beyond surgery? Yeah. We've really only scratched the surface of the complexity of DCIS talking about patients for whom active surveillance with endocrine therapy may be the best approach.
